Facebook - Still Sucking!

We interrupt our regularly scheduled Malib-oozing to bring you the following announcement - Facebook still sucks!

Remember this?

For you who don't click types, Facebook banned and removed any and all photos of breastfeeding children under the auspicious that, Nipples are pornographic and titillating.

Because a breastfeeding child leaves so much nipple exposed? Ummm... that's the part that is in your kid's mouth!

Also, they wanted to leave room for more possible girl on girl shots.

Ok, I made that last part up, but you get the idea.

Currently a Facebook forum called, 30 Reasons Girls Should Call It A Night is becoming the de rigueur spot for gals to post photos of themselves drunk and passed out.

As of last night, there are over 5,000 pictures up...

Not titillating

Not titillating.

Again, not titillating.

PORN!

Don't trust a social networking site to get the definition of obscenity right. They'll never come close.

I still can't believe that companies are able to discriminate against breastfeeding!

That's probably why I've never clicked on over to Facebook.

I canceled my Facebook account when all this first happened. It wasn't worth supporting the hypocrisy.

I had a myspace to spy on my children and see what they were up to ...
Facebook seems like too much to bother with?

I don't care for Facebook anyway... though I'm 30, so I shouldn't be doing those types of social networking websites I s'pose.
I just don't get why breastfeeding is such a big deal... it's not like you see any nipples when you are looking at a photo of a baby nursing... People just need something to b*tch about, eh?

I'll never forget when my daughter told me to get a Facebook account when she went away to college and asked that we stay in touch that way. Her friend: Cool! You're mom can be there and get poked!

I do not want to get poked. I didn't know what that meant at the time, but they're really living up to it now, aren't they.

Well, you? Yeah. You could poke me. I'd letcha.

MM - do you think being poked is anything like being twittered?

Unfortunately, some twisted people find that titilating ... you'd be surprised at some of the weird fetishes out there ...

I hope that Facebook is gone by the time my girls are teenagers.

lfCan't see the pics...Maybe my G4 has a ban???
Or blogger...
But I am a fan of Facebok, only because a great deal of my friends have moved far away and with time and insane schedules we have lost touch...our families have moved, and yet, there is a longing for old pals...
And then Facebook came along...
and a great deal of them have found me and I truly love it...I love that a great deal of my family is on and can tell me when they have a concert,,, or they can post pics of events I have missed...

You know, I can't see the photos anymore either and it's my damn blog! Do you think Facebook has repo-d them?
