Many many moons ago when I first confronted the issue of trolls on the Internet, I was given sage advice - the general suggestion was to just ignore it, not give them the pleasure of addressing them in a post... delete and move on.
But, you know I am a little over it... there are so many blogs out there... BIG blogs written by very popular people who make money and a living off their parenting adventures... so why hassle me?
I don't like opening up my email and finding hate filled messages that include such gems as, "You are a terrible mother, I can't believe China gave you a baby!" and "The CCAA (china center for adoption affairs) reads these blogs and you are risking all of our adoptions by your careless treatment of your children!".
For the meantime, if any of you need me, I'll be at elv.

I am just back to thank you all for your supportive words... I am not upset about what was said to me, hell, call me a bad mother all you want, I know it's nonesense.
However, in this little corner of the Internet where the Chinese adoption folks abound, there are a few among us who enjoy causing problems for others and I am not willing to open myself or my family up to that possible grief.
I will be at my review blog and at elv for a bit... I may be back soon, I may stay away for good, it all depends on how things play out.
