Sex! You Can Stop Reading Now!

Um, not to be too tacky here, but am I the only one married to a person for whom all is right with the world as long as he/she is getting much lovin'?

Also, some very nice person went and nominated me for Mom of the Week of over at the CHBM so, thank you secret nominating friend! If you are not a member of the CHBM, I would suggest you join... lots of wonderful blogs and I love their "random site" option. Go on, click on the link and see where it takes you.

I'm a member, but never been Mom of the week! How cool! I went and voted for you! YAY!

Also.... sex does make everything better, doesn't it? At least for the 15 minutes your having it, and a couple minutes afterwards. =o)

Isn't that so so true? And it seems that the more tired I am, the more he wants it....

Hey, congrats for the nomination!

Re: sex, etc.: I have in the past threatened to bitch-slap the man half to death if he didn't stop grouching around the place just because he didn't get any that day. Or else I had the gall, the terrible gall, to say -gasp- NO!
WTF is with that right there? Lunacy, I tell you, lunacy!
It ain't like the subway, dude, you can't just hop on whenever you feel like it.

It depends. If Chief is on my ass (well not literally) about it then I could do with out, but if he's a smooth operator about it than we are all good to go.

When you have good sex it makes the world a little brighter than just plain pity sex.

PS-Congrats on the nomination. I grinned when I saw it.

I can get a lot done with any food made with corn or by slicing fresh peaches, BUT - to your point - nothing works like a little action.

Oh I agree. And if momma's happy, everyone is happy!

Yes, my sweet, dear hubby thinks that a little lovin will make it all right-- what he doesn't realize is that I'm not hooked up to batteries I can't perform A.) when i'm angry at him for doing something stupid B.) when I've just come back from teh park and the kids are noisily watching Dora the Explorer C.) when I stayed up the whole night with a throwing up kid D.) when I have morning dog breath

Otherwise, why not?

Actually, I'm usually the one begging for it. heehee. I have to get over there to vote for you!

Yeah, I wish.

Sometimes he's happy that he got it and is all smiles, and sometimes he turns into a complete and total butt hole for 2 or 3 days after.

I wish he would make up his mind sometimes.

He can be so damn hormonal sometimes. LOL

Lately I wouldn't know.. :) With a total of 5 kids and the twins just turning one (but not sleeping through the night yet) it hasnt been on any planned or unplanned agenda for either WIFE or myself.

I am perfectly alright as long as I'm gettin' some lovin'. However, if there's something on her mind that's making her not alright, it would be nice if she would share that rather than having me blissfully unaware. And this whole "if you loved me, you'd know what is wrong with me" is quite frankly a myth. I may be male, but if my woman's unhappy, no amount of sex or lovin' or whatever is going to make me rest until she is happy.

no you are not alone. lol

LOL re:sex

DH uses reverse psychology on me - he told me he "read" in "Oprah or something" that it is good for my health and stress and he is just supporting me - my happy pills!

'course, he usually starts the foreplay with cleaning the bathrooms or wiping down the kitchen floor - or bonus - "me time" while he takes the kiddos to their activities!

Also, congrats. Deserved, totally.

I would nominate you too! That is an abnoxious attitude. Tell him like it is.

Well I don't have to answer this question because you know my thoughts. The dilemma is if your're not getting it, you don't realise how much you miss it till you've had it and then say....oh my God - everything is so much better now!

Heather said...

um... nope, but we're both kinda, well, spunky, so it all works out pretty evenly. (and we're not married for another 64 days, but you get the idea). ;D

Mrs. Chicky said...

Uh, yes.

Congrats on your nomination!
