Help Wanted

I need some suggestions for workout music.

Please share your best get-up-and-move song choices as I need to get walking in some direction other than the refrigerator.

In other news... Eva is afraid of feathers.

Anything by Blondie usually keeps me moving.

I have the Go-Go's on my MP3 & my spin instructor always plays that song,"Can't Get You Out of My Head" by Kylie Minogue.

Feathers??

Black Eyed Peas baby. I'm with you I have GOT to get up off my ass and push that stroller some more miles or rigamortis will surely settle in.
I was thumping along to My Humps to the tune of 3 miles today...laughing hysterically at that song!
Kanye West too for get moving music.

When I'm on the treadmill, i love Tina Turner! I also like most of today's pop music to run to. What kind of work out?

Thanks for keeping up with my blog. Not much baby news to report... I've been following your blog, too, even when I don't have time to write! :)

Ahh, a music question. My specialty. Depends on your preferences though...

If you like rock, I suggest Motley Crue's Dr. Feelgood album, especially the song "Kickstart My Heart." Metallica's black album is usually good to get me mad and make me lift harder.

If you're more into pop, try Kylie Minogue's latest album. Also, there's Natasha Bedingfield.

If hip-hop floats your boat, I like to work out to Snoop Doggy Dogg's Doggystyle or Pretty Ricky's new CD. Chingy works too.

80's... anything Go-Go's, Bangles, or Dino's 24/7. Paula Abdul's Shut Up and Dance is full of good dance mixes.

Here are some eclectic tunes I'm currently obssessed with for work-outs w/ iPod:
Take your Mama - Scissor Scisters
Let Go - Frou Frou
American Girl - Tom Petty
Mr. Brightside - The Killers
All Because of You - U2
Brick House - Commodores
Waiting for Somebody - Paul Westerberg
I Will Survive - Cake
