I stuck my nose right up in his tween pit and announced, with all honesty, that he did not smell.... yet, but yes, the day was coming when he would probably be a little ripe and did he want to get a head start and buy deodorant?
Well, he told me... after P.E., our classroom really stinks... and I was thinking, maybe I should get some... mumble, mumble, mumble...
So yesterday, we spent what felt like an hour but was probably only 5 minutes, sniffing all the different deodorants available... and let me tell you, there are like eleventy-seven different varieties on the market. I was pushing for "no scent" or Irish Spring because smelling like soap is pleasant but no, the child young man picked AXE in "Vice".
And now my first born has the Axe Effect.
