Moving On

With the exception of the sore throat from hell, we've no nasty lingering effects of the fire-that-ate-southern-California.

It's back to business as usual... school is on, tennis matches have been rescheduled, the dogs are outside. It's nice.

Like most of you we're getting ready for Halloween although, I must say, it feels as though we've been getting ready for Halloween for about six goddamn months... I am OVER IT already, yet, it's a holiday which allows for me to dress like a slut (see today's Mamarazzi) and eat candy. Pretty much all good.

Hey now - Just say 'no' to candy. :)

Great post on Mamarazzi. You crack me up!

And what an adorable pic of the kids. They look like they've each grown a foot since we saw them last.

Well, how can dressing like a slut and eating your weight in candy EVER be bad? :) I am glad everything is looking up down there is SCal and you are yours are okay.

What is it about Halloween that brings out a woman's inner whore?

Welcome back. It's good to know you're all okay.

I too am DONE with Halloween. Bring on Thanksgiving, I say.

And, your kids are GORGEOUS.

You boys are going to be lady killers...are you ready for that? I'm not. I want my baby to be my baby boy forever.

Are you suggesting that I am going to pig out in my French Maid costume?

First, I'm glad you and your family are ok. I've been thinking of you and everyone in CA with what has been going on. Scary stuff.
Great picture of your kiddos! Dressing up like a slut and candy = all good. Have fun. No costume for me. We have a Jango Fett boy and a pooch dressing up like a ladybug. I have dibbs on all the Reeses. Thanks for your sweet comment today - it means a lot to me :)

Terrible.

So glad you're all safe.

Not sure if the old farts in my neighborhood will be awake to go trick or treating but I've opted for handing out marshmallows, they're a little easier on the dentures and won't rip them out as would say, Laffy Taffy ;)

WHat were the kiddos for Halloween?

I'm actually a little thankful that mine were with their dad. I'm a Halloween bah-humbug, I know. And I hope he kept the candy too...my butt doesn't need it.

I wish that you had brought them up here for the fricking party.

There were horses too...

When I meet you, I'm going to beat you. Or maybe I'll just smack the nearest stranger.
